Health and Fitness Buff

I became conscious about my body when my friends and relatives are telling me that I need to shred off some pounds since they noticed my bulging tummy where they often think that I’m pregnant. It hurts deep inside when people are telling you like that. Its a sad fact but I have to admit it. My poor eating habit and lifestyle has been changed when I befriended some mommies in school who are also conscious about their body. One of them already did some workout and exercise at the gym that’s why I was enticed to join and try to do some gym exercise.

One month has passed, I received a lot of compliments from the people who used to call me “fatty” before. Doing my vigorous exercise at the gym has really helped me in getting back my body in shape. Those sweaty and tiring workouts has helped me gained back my confidence. It made me feel like a health and fitness buff since my body was already getting used in doing my exercise at the gym. I do my daily workout during weekdays or school days for 2 hours each day. I am also very much careful about my diet as a watch what I eat.

When my hubby noticed the gradual changes in my body, he was also enticed to do some workout at the gym. He already had a great physique. He just need to do some weight gaining in order to have that muscle toned body. He already started his body workout at the other gym together with his gym buddies. Now both of us are having the same mindset where we spend some time for ourselves. We do our exercise at the gym in order to improve our health and our physique as well. That’s what it makes us a health and fitness buff!
